The simple but effective blast diverter ensures that the blast from the short barrel travels forward, away from the shooter, and directly towards the target. With an overall length of just 26 inches extended and 23.5 inches collapsed it is conveniently portable and easy to operate in confined spaces. A full-length rail up top is perfect for your choice of iron sights or red dot. A Smith & Wesson Flat Face Trigger sits within an oversized forged trigger guard. Exclusive to Smith & Wesson, the M&P15 pistol grip, like their M&P line of striker fired pistols features an interchangeable backstrap with four interchangeable palm swell inserts for a comfortable, custom fit grip unheard of in other AR platform firearms.
